Linux kernel の全てのバージョンに mremap() の脆弱性発見 だそうで、/.J: 2.4.25 & 2.6.3 released にある通り、最新版で fixed とのこと。またかよー。Debian Security Advisory も出てた。2
Impact
mremap() の exploit なので位の影響はもちろんあるよなぁ... また upgrade 大会か...Proper exploitation of this vulnerability leads to local privilege escalation giving an attacker full super-user privileges. The vulnerability may also lead to a denial-of-service attack on the available system memory.
