Datebk5, Agendus, HandyShopper 等で使われるカラーのアイコンを編集するためのソフト。ドット絵職人の血が騒ぐ。で、しばらく前までシェアウェアだったのだが、今回のバージョンからフリーになった。だそうで。良き事かな。Icon Manager's success has outstripped my ability to keep up with it, so it is free now; please see the Readme.htm file for a recommended organization to make a charitable donation.
